1. COMMERCIAL
When you make a purchase in our store, you agree that:
1) You are responsible for the products you choose, the way they are shown and described
2) You are making a legal and binding agreement for the purchase of our products and that you commit to fully and correctly complete the order procedure of checkout.
3) You are at least 18 years old.
4) You are aware of our privacy and returns policy.
5) You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you entered during checkout. Any additional delivery or storage costs due to an incorrect address will be charged to the recipient. ⚠️ I cannot accept orders destined for PO boxes (because I ship with a different courier).
6) You are responsible for the customs clearance of your package and related taxes, if you are located outside the European Community (Rubus Amoenus is Italy based!).
2. Your rights (in general):

The only “third parties” with whom Rubus Amoenus (Ambra Vermigli) shares your data are the GLS and DHL couriers (for shipping and delivery purposes only).
4. Consequences of failure to disclose your personal data
It is not possible to make a purchase on the Rubus Amoenus website if you are unable to provide us with the requested information for shipping and billing.
